
Sales Manager
Your responsibilities:
Responsibility - Generate revenue and new clients to the company. - Work individually and be able to lead the sales team to up-sell or cross-sell services and products. - Build relationships with key employees among customers - Create plans to address clients’ business needs - Advise clients on creating profitable processes - Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure follow up is on schedule - Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms - Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them - Ensure there are healthy sales pipelines in process, for future revenue - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, accounts, operation, senior management) to address customers’ needs Essential skills to look for - Proven experience in Sales and/or Business Development in specific or alternative roles - Strong background in sales, account servicing; influencer marketing, e-commerce, social-commerce knowledge is a must - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. Sales Pipelines, Profit Margins) - Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms - A customer-oriented attitude, and excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and work well with a team - Ability to contribute to new business acquisition and influence company sales targets
Your must-haves:
- Thai Nationality with BA degree Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field - Strong relationships with management of Advertising Agencies and Marketing Leads of large brands, both local and international. - Over 10 years of experience in the Media Sales and Advertising industry, involving advertising campaign management. - Strong understanding of social media, AdTech and the creators’ economy (including media, platforms, operations, and analytics). - Excellent command of English
