
Ticketing Staff
Your responsibilities:
Take and confirm passenger's reservations Ensure all domestic and international flight reservation is done correctly (issued, and re-issued tickets) Answer questions about itineraries, rates, prepare invoices outlining rates Follow-up with airlines or vendors on open case Maintain high quality of service and timely execution Maintain good reporting
Your must-haves:
Willing to work in shifts Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel management or equivalent. Minimum 1 year working experience in a travel agency/OTA Graduated from tourism high school or academy Deep Knowledge on Abacus/Sabre (preferably), Galileo, and Amadeus reservation system Familiar with hotel reservation system Customer service oriented, team work, honest, independently, willing to learn new things and under pressure placement : South Jakarta in our Travel Agent sister company
